An established company is recruiting for the following position. Responsibilities - Facilitates distribution of debt and equity securities and identifying potential investors/buyers on MA mandates. - Drafts memoranda, management presentations and marketing materials for sale assignments. - Responsible for management of key transaction work streams including direct liaison with key client stakeholders Requirements - Bachelor's degree in numerical disciplines such as Accounting, Economic, Statistic, Business Administration, Banking and Finance or related field from a reputable institution - Master’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business is an added advantage - Professional certifications such as ICON, ACCA, ACA, LIMA, CISA, FRM, CFA, CFP (required). - 8 years and above post NYSC work experience in a finance or business background, particularly on the quantitative side.
