Job Summary

This includes tracking and organizing stock, ensuring accuracy in inventory records, and working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to reorder stock as needed
• Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items to prevent damage or loss
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures
• Prepare and present inventory reports to management
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and distribution of products
• Identify and resolve any issues related to inventory management, including discrepancies and shortages
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding inventory storage and handling
• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Inventory Officer or similar role in a retail or e-commerce environment
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
