Review and appraise the soundness, effectiveness, and proper application of accounting and financial controls
Monitor compliance procedures and controls, and ensure timeliness of documentation generation
Perform revenue assurance by ensuring daily reconciliation of sales with bank inflows
Monitor the effective usage of company assets in compliance with management policies and procedures
Manage and control field force expenses by ensuring value for every operational dollar spent
Build a strong compliance environment to ensure zero-level policy, procedure, and regulatory infractions
Build awareness among relevant staff on all policies and procedures; maintain zero tolerance for income leakages
Conduct periodic stock-taking to reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies
Ensure no wastages and leakages in administration and procurement transactions
Deliver sanity checks and timely reports
Identify business risks and develop preventive strategies
