Position Summary

The Internal Auditor is responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes within the organization. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing financial and operational data, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the full audit cycle, including risk assessment, control evaluation, and compliance checks
• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements
• Identify areas of significant business risk and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards
• Obtain, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to detect irregularities or inefficiencies
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to management and the audit committee, highlighting findings and recommendations
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and improvements suggested during audits
• Stay updated on auditing standards, best practices, and regulatory changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an Internal Auditor or in a similar role

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification
