About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will serve as an independent evaluator, providing objective assurance and advisory services to enhance the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control processes. You will play a vital role in promoting transparency, accountability, and integrity throughout the organization, contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain Internal Audit policies and procedures in accordance with established regulations
• Assume ownership of assigned work and deliver quality results on all assignments
• Maintain constant oversight and monitoring of the receiving process to ensure full compliance with inventory receiving procedures
• Undertake daily inventory cycle counts to monitor accuracy, prevent fraud, and reduce discrepancies
• Serve as a watchdog to management while upholding fundamental auditing principles including confidentiality, integrity, objectivity, independence, skill, competence, documentation, audit evidence, internal control, and audit reporting
• Drive organizational compliance with operational guidelines and strategic objectives
• Participate in periodic inventory counts across the network of stores
• Operate in an accountable and efficient manner with full transparency
