## Title: Internal Auditor / Accountant

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Internal Auditor / Accountant.

Conduct regular and surprise audits of all departments and branches to ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Review cash handling, sales records, inventory management, and expense documentation for accuracy and completeness
Detect and report discrepancies, fraud, or policy violations promptly to management
Verify stock balances, supplier transactions, and store activities to ensure accountability
Evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Prepare detailed audit reports and submit findings with corrective action plans to the Head of Audit and Management
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on compliance
Support management in risk assessment, loss prevention, and process improvement initiatives

Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in auditing or internal control
Proven experience in auditing, internal control, or accounting functions, preferably within a retail, FMCG, or supermarket environment

Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills
Sound knowledge of accounting principles, internal control systems, and audit standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
Ability to work with minimal supervision

N250,000 - N450,000 per month
