Job Summary

The Internal Audit Officer will evaluate internal controls, ensure compliance, and minimize risks by conducting periodic reviews of operations and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct branch and departmental audits
• Review financial transactions and ensure compliance
• Report discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Support fraud investigation and internal control improvements

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of audit experience (microfinance experience preferred)
• Strong analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent reporting and communication skills
