Interior Architectural Supervisor

About the Role

Suacasa Nigeria Limited seeks an experienced Interior Architectural Supervisor to oversee interior finishing works and ensure the execution of high-quality design standards. The successful candidate will supervise finishing teams and ensure projects meet aesthetic, functional, and timeline requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all interior finishing works including tiling, ceilings, joinery, painting, fixtures, and fittings
• Ensure strict adherence to approved interior design drawings and specifications
• Coordinate contractors and vendors for timely execution
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain premium finishing standards
• Monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery of interior phases
• Liaise with architects, project managers, and procurement teams
• Resolve site-based design execution issues
• Ensure materials used meet approved specifications and brand standards

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in interior architecture supervision or interior project coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software
• Professional membership with architectural or design bodies (advantageous)
