About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Interior Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for interior projects
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, finishes, and visual presentations to communicate design intent
• Understand client needs, preferences, and budget requirements
• Present design proposals and revisions professionally, maintaining strong client relationships and trust
• Supervise and ensure accurate implementation of designs throughout project execution
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address design-related issues promptly
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery
• Guide and mentor junior designers and interns, providing constructive feedback and support
• Ensure all design work aligns with the company's creative vision and brand standards
• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and emerging technologies
• Recommend improvements and innovative ideas to enhance the company's design approach and offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 2–4 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture
