Insulation Fitter – Level IV at Fort Knox Group

About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level Insulation Fitter (Level 4) to supervise and perform high-quality insulation work on large-scale projects. The role involves planning, execution, and inspection of insulation installations while ensuring adherence to design and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead insulation work teams and assign daily tasks
• Interpret drawings and ensure accurate installation of materials
• Monitor quality and progress of insulation work
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Support site engineers with project documentation
• Provide technical guidance to junior insulation fitters

Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities

• Enforce health and safety compliance among the team
• Conduct safety checks and toolbox talks
• Report safety concerns or incidents immediately
• Ensure environmental responsibility during operations

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Certificate, OND, HND, or B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 6–8 years of experience in insulation and mechanical works

• High technical competency and attention to detail
• Ability to manage teams effectively under pressure

Technical Knowledge & Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of insulation systems, cladding, and finishing
