Insulation Fitter - Level II at Fort Knox Group

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Insulation Fitter (Level 2) to perform insulation work on mechanical systems with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have practical site experience and a sound understanding of insulation procedures and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Install insulation on pipes, ducts, and mechanical equipment according to specifications
• Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials accurately
• Apply protective coverings and finishes as required
• Maintain proper storage and handling of insulation materials
• Ensure work quality and report progress to the supervisor

OHSE Responsibilities

• Follow all site safety and environmental regulations
• Wear PPE and maintain safety standards at all times
• Identify and report hazards or unsafe conditions
• Promote a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical Certificate or equivalent
• 2–4 years of practical experience in insulation work

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to work independently or in teams
• Good problem-solving and technical skills
• Strong communication and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail in measurements and installations

Knowledge & Technical Requirements

• Knowledge of different types of insulation materials and applications
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in insulation work
