## Title: Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and make outbound calls to potential customers
  • Follow up on leads and qualify new prospects
  • Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Answer potential customers' questions and provide additional information
  • Keep up with product and service information and updates
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
  • Stay informed about competing products and services
  • Upsell products and services to existing customers
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in any related course
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Indirect Sales Representative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
