## Title: Infield QC and Call Back Manager

Job Overview

We seek a dedicated and experienced professional to lead and manage both the Infield Quality Control and In-Office Call Back teams. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of quality data.

This position requires a keen understanding of research methodologies, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Infield Quality Control and In-Office Call Back teams
  • Support the Head of Unit in resource planning and monitoring by managing job assignments, job distributions, and ensuring consistent follow-up with the team
  • Ensure quality deliverables on all QC projects
  • Participate in project setup meetings and project briefings for assigned projects
  • Support budget, requisition, and reconciliation activities with finance to ensure timely preparation and approval
  • Oversee QC workflow management across all assigned projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on a variety of research projects in data management or quality control
  • Hands-on experience with field research methodology
  • Hands-on experience in field data quality assurance and process compliance
  • Hands-on experience with analytical tools, preferably Excel and SPSS
  • Experience in developing basic automated dashboard reports

Academic Qualifications

  • Minimum BSc or HND with CGPA of at least 3.0/5.0
  • Certification in data management (a plus)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
