Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute structured lead generation and conversion strategies, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Deliver monthly business volumes of 200 batteries and 30 inverters, or higher as agreed with management.
- Oversee and guide cold-calling and outbound sales activities, ensuring effective outreach and conversion of qualified leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Minimum of 9-15 years’ hands on experience in industrial sales function
- Knowledge of UPS Systems, Hybrid Solar and Storage solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point and data analysis tools
