Inclusive Education Programs Officer at Resource Intermediaries Limited

Our client is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing young people with the information, services, and resources they need to succeed and create a stronger community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of programmes and activities, especially on the Inclusive Education Desk
• Support field data collection and studies to ensure monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of project activities
• Support resource mobilization through proposal writing, concept note design, and other organizational fundraising activities
• Develop technical and programmatic reports, policy briefs, fact sheets, concept notes, proposals, and other contributions for publication or submissions
• Support knowledge management, capacity building, and content production for external use in the form of IEC/BCC materials
• Support other programmatic desks as required within the organization

Required Qualifications

• First degree, preferably in Education, Educational Management, or a related field
• Minimum of two years relevant work experience providing programme support or implementation with a non-governmental organization or social enterprise
• Demonstrated understanding of education-related issues and matters, with ability to analyze education-related policies
• Professional writing and verbal communication skills for reports, letters, concept notes, and proposals, coupled with session delivery capability
• Proficiency with major Microsoft Office suites and Google products
• Strong attention to detail with ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
• Willingness to travel within and outside Lagos at short notice
