In-House Nurse at Remedial Health

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as an In-House Nurse. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive healthcare support in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct primary assessments and coordinate their flow within the clinic, ensuring timely consultation, investigation, and treatment
• Provide minor consultations, administer first-line medications, and treat minor ailments such as wounds
• Initiate treatment and provide immediate medical aid until the arrival of external healthcare personnel; participate in transferring patients to other facilities in case of emergency
• Deliver complete nursing care, including psychological support, to hospitalized patients, ensuring their safety, satisfaction, and recovery
• Assist in formulating and implementing preventive healthcare programs
• Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards by decontaminating equipment and sanitizing surfaces
• Liaise with other units for coordinated patient care, adhere to medical care regulations, and follow established work processes
