Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented In-House Lawyer to join our team at Bridgegap Consults Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing legal support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding the company's legal and commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal agreements
• Ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide sound legal advice and guidance to management on various matters
• Represent the company in official and legal proceedings when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law with a minimum of 2 years post-call experience in corporate or commercial law
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks within the financial sector
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion

Compensation

N150,000 monthly (Net)
