Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the IGCSE Mathematics curriculum
• Prepare engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects
• Monitor academic progress and provide targeted support to students
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere
• Communicate regularly with parents and school leadership about student progress
• Prepare students for IGCSE, WAEC, and other math competitions
• Participate in professional development and school initiatives

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Education (Mathematics)
• IGCSE teaching certification or willingness to obtain it
• TRCN certification (added advantage)

Experience Required

• 2–5 years teaching mathematics at the middle or high school level
• Proven success in preparing students for IGCSE exams
• Experience with Cambridge International Curriculum (preferred)
