## Title: ICT/Data Processing Teacher

About the Position

An International School located in Lagos (Mainland) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ICT/Data Processing Teacher who has a genuine passion for teaching and can create a positive and engaging classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and teach lessons according to the curriculum, set assessment tasks, and mark students' work
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and personal management skills
  • Provide regular feedback and support to help students achieve their best
  • Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and other digital tools to create interactive and informative teaching materials
  • Prepare students for examinations, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter
  • Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and school events
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking
  • Complete other duties as required by the Principal

Requirements

  • HND, BSc, or B.ED in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a reputable secondary school
  • Proven track record of preparing students for external examinations (WASSCE, BECE, UTME, IGCSE, etc.)
  • Proficiency in using interactive whiteboards and ICT tools in teaching and learning
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian/British curriculum
