Ice Cream Maker at Rubels & Angels

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. - Prepare, mix, and churn ice cream bases according to standardized recipes. - Measure and combine ingredients accurately to maintain product consistency. - Operate and maintain ice cream machines, freezers, and related equipment. - Monitor freezing times, textures, and temperatures to ensure quality output. - Experiment with new flavors, toppings, and product ideas when required. - Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitation of production area and equipment. - Follow all food safety, hygiene, and storage guidelines. - Package finished ice cream products and label them correctly. - Maintain inventory of raw materials and notify supervisors when stock is low. - Assist in serving customers when needed, ensuring excellent service. - Document daily production logs and report any issues or inconsistencies. - Work with the team to meet production targets and maintain product quality.
