HVAC Technician at UNOCASA Limited

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that all HVAC operations meet safety and quality standards, creating a comfortable and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain diverse HVAC systems
• Lay out wiring and piping to complete HVAC installations
• Conduct general and preventive maintenance
• Calibrate thermostats and controls
• Inspect motors, belts, and lubrication systems
• Replace worn-out filters, parts, and faulty components
• Service boilers, motors, and compressors
• Ensure chemical levels in equipment remain adequate
• Handle conduit running, welding, and brazing jobs
• Manage HVAC supplies and spare parts inventory
• Operate and maintain generators, air compressors, and boilers
• Read and interpret technical drawings

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing company with high-quality and safety standards
• Labor Trade Test Certificate (1–3), NABTECH, ND, C&G, or HND in Electrical Engineering
