Location: Eket, Akwa Ibom  Main Function - Responsible for coordinating training efforts in close partnership with Trainers, including scheduling, attendance, facilities, and materials. Develops and maintains aids and training materials. - Maintains updated curriculum database and training records. Manages and maintains in-house training facilities and equipment. - Assesses instructional effectiveness and summarizes evaluation reports to determine the impact of training on worker skills. - Position will receive direction and support.
