Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years' experience in HR with at least 3 years in pharmaceutical or manufacturing operations
• Solid understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, and HSE regulations
• Proven experience managing HR audits, workforce planning, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR or Business Management
• Professional Certification: CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD
