Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic counsel to the executive team on all people-related matters, linking HR initiatives to business performance and financial outcomes.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-year HR strategy focused on talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and total rewards.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred. HR certification is required.
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Senior Management role within a financial services environment (e.g, banking, asset management, insurance, fintech)
- Expertise in financial services compliance, regulatory frameworks, and associated governance requirement
