## Title: Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role

The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to management, providing strategic and operational HR support across employee relations, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR expertise with business acumen, influencing leadership decisions and fostering a high-performance, engaged workplace culture.

Strategic & Business Acumen

  • Ability to align HR strategy with business objectives
  • Strong understanding of business operations, KPIs, and commercial drivers

  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and managers as a trusted HR advisor

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Solid experience handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and risk management
  • Ability to manage sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism

Talent & Performance Management

  • Experience driving performance management frameworks, succession planning, and talent reviews
  • Ability to support leadership in talent development, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Skilled in identifying capability gaps and recommending people solutions

Change & Culture Management

  • Ability to support organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives
  • Strong culture-building and employee engagement skills
  • Resilient and adaptable in evolving business environments

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
