## Title: Human Resources Officer - Learning & Development

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative HR professional with strong expertise in Learning and Development (L&D) and project coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting the organization's employer brand online and ensuring seamless coordination of HR and corporate projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and implement effective training programs and workshops
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide regular feedback and reports
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure learning initiatives align with organizational goals
  • Manage the company's HR-related social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to promote organizational culture and attract top talent
  • Collaborate with the communications and marketing team to align social content with HR campaigns
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree
  • 2 - 4 years of proven experience in Learning and Development, HR, or a related role

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication
  • Experience in project management or coordination
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
