## Title: Human Resources Officer
About the Role
Norrenberger Financial Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Officer with strong operational experience to support day-to-day HR activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of HR operations, maintain compliance with company policies, and provide effective support to both employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR operational processes including employee onboarding, documentation, and records management
- Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure employee information is up to date on HR systems
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions (NHF, NSITF, Pension, PAYE)
- Coordinate leave administration, attendance tracking, and performance management schedules
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal audit requirements
- Provide administrative support in recruitment, employee welfare, and disciplinary processes
- Prepare and analyze periodic HR operational reports
- Partner with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 – 4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist functions
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, Nigerian labor laws, and HR software (e.g. SeamlessHR, Zoho, or BambooHR)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
