Job Summary

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our organization in Shogunle, Lagos. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for planning staffing initiatives, conducting interviews, and hiring personnel to foster a productive work atmosphere. You will consult with executives on decisions impacting all management levels, driving sustainable transformation within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits programs
• Assess training needs and monitor training program implementation

Requirements and Skills

• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar HR Executive position
• People-oriented and results-driven approach
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy with strong leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels
