## Title: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
Position Overview
Reports to: Managing Partner
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will provide comprehensive support in planning, maintaining, and improving the overall coordination, administration, performance, and evaluation of the organization's human resources. This role encompasses recruitment, selection, induction, and strategic HR development to support organizational growth.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Organizational Growth and Development
- Plan, organize, and control all HR department activities
- Participate in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems
- Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain handbooks on policies and procedures
- Maintain organizational charts and employee directories
- Develop and improve communications with external and internal stakeholders
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and service quality
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
- Identify and mitigate potential organizational risks
- Provide leadership and direction in developing and implementing HR programs and services
- Foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards
- Coordinate and monitor activities across people and business teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Recruitment
- Identify vacant positions and establish selection criteria based on job descriptions
- Draft job descriptions and job specifications
- Place job advertisements on relevant social media platforms, websites, job sites, and professional networks
- Conduct recruitment for full-time, part-time, and freelance positions
- Work with supervisors to screen and interview candidates
- Coordinate recruitment activities to ensure timely and quality hiring
