## Title: Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will provide comprehensive support in planning, maintaining, and improving the overall coordination, administration, performance, and evaluation of the organization's human resources. The HRBP will also support recruitment, selection processes, and induction of organizational personnel.

Reports to: Managing Partner

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Organizational Growth and Development

  • Plan, organize, and control all activities of the HR department; participate in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems
  • Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures
  • Maintain organizational charts and employee directories
  • Develop and improve communications with external and internal stakeholders
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in departmental efficiency and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Identify and take actions to mitigate potential risks
  • Provide leadership and direction to the development and implementation of HR programs and services
  • Foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and excellence
  • Coordinate and monitor all activities across people and business teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in quality of work

Recruitment

  • Identify vacant positions and establish selection criteria based on drafted job descriptions
  • Draft job descriptions along with job specifications
  • Place job advertisements on relevant social media, websites, job sites, and professional platforms
  • Conduct recruitment for all full-time, part-time, and freelance employees; work with supervisors to screen and interview candidates
  • Coordinate recruitment processes to ensure timely and quality hiring
