Hub Operations Officer

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview: / Objective - Ensure customer satisfaction. Job Duties / Responsibilities or Technical Core Skills Accountability: Receiving goods into the warehouse and documenting them accordingly. - Issuing goods from the warehouse and documenting the process accordingly. - Seeing the effective arrangement/shelving/stacking/palletizing of goods in the inbound warehouse in an orderly and professional manner. - Ensuring the security of goods in the warehouse. - Coordinate and directly supervise the actual loading of waybills into the truck and bus. - Periodic (DAILY) inventory checks and high-lighting/escalating old/forgotten waybills to the Cargo Head for appropriate action. Equipment / Technology: - Software, Personal Computer, - Nature of Work: Ensure all shipments received in the warehouse are properly accounted for and well documented. - Report all short-landed waybills within 3 hours of truck unloading. - Speed in job delivery. - Return the copy of PODs by email to the hub or Origin.
