Hub Operations Manager at Farm Warehouse

We are seeking a Hub Operations Manager responsible for analyzing, improving, and managing the efficiency of agricultural hubs. This role oversees the day-to-day operations of agricultural hubs, ensuring efficient inventory management and sale of commodities. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of agricultural hubs, ensuring smooth coordination between farmers, aggregators, logistics, and corporate clients
• Supervise, coordinate, and support in-hub managers across all Farm Warehouse hubs
• Develop hub Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety, and quality assurance standards, and enforce compliance
• Forecast demand and align hub inventory management with production and market needs
• Oversee farmer aggregation activities and ensure inclusive participation of smallholder farmers
• Support hub managers in maintaining strong relationships with farmer groups, cooperatives, and community stakeholders
• Identify inefficiencies in hub operations and recommend process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and agricultural best practices at hubs
• Conduct periodic audits of hub operations and sales records
• Provide insights to management on customer trends, hub performance, and opportunities for business expansion
• Liaise with the sales and logistics teams to ensure processed commodities are prepared and dispatched for timely offtake
• Set performance targets for hub managers and monitor compliance with operational KPIs
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate major issues to senior management
• Support training and capacity building of hub staff to strengthen operational efficiency
