Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated HSE Coordinator to oversee the implementation and enforcement of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across all managed facilities, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client standards.

You will conduct risk assessments, lead safety training, investigate incidents, and drive initiatives that promote a strong safety culture while supporting environmental sustainability and emergency preparedness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Identify workplace hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective and preventive measures
• Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs for staff, contractors, and subcontractors
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and compile detailed reports with root cause analysis
• Maintain up-to-date HSE records, including incident logs, inspection reports, and safety data sheets
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all statutory obligations are met
• Promote a strong safety culture through campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives
• Support emergency preparedness plans, including drills and response coordination
• Monitor environmental impacts and ensure sustainable waste management and energy use practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of industry experience
• Experience in the facilities management field
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards
• Proficiency in using HSE management software and tools
