## Title: HR Operations Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Officer to support daily HR processes and ensure smooth execution of people-related operations. The role will focus on HR administration, employee records management, payroll support, compliance, and HR systems, ensuring employees receive accurate and timely HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR procedures
  • Handle employee documentation (contracts, letters, confirmations, exits, etc.)
  • Support HR audits, reporting, and data accuracy
  • Respond to employee queries and provide HR operational support
  • Liaise with external vendors (insurance, pensions, regulators, etc.)
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in HR operations, HR administration, or generalist role
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
