Establishing operations in Nigeria, the company now seeks an outstanding HR Manager to support its growth.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will set the tone for the entire human resources department. You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. You will make a significant contribution to the strategic direction and management of the company's business through advice and implementation of people and culture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Ensure effectiveness in attracting, managing, developing, motivating, and retaining top-quality staff
