## Title: HR Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified HR Manager to support the Company by taking responsibility for Human Resource management, Learning & Development, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, and Compensation and Wages Structure. You will enhance the planning, implementation, and evaluation of employee relations, policies, and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior management with dashboards and reports on all HR-related issues
- Implement robust end-to-end HR processes, adopting best practices and uniform HR policies
- Assess knowledge and skill gaps across all staff and develop strategies to close these gaps
- Effectively manage daily office administration and internal operations
- Take responsibility for the custody of all staff and company confidential documents and files
- Develop and implement HR strategy and contribute to the development and execution of corporate strategy
- Implement effective learning and development management systems, performance management systems, and manpower development training programs
- Design employee welfare and benefits frameworks and processes (loans, pensions, leave)
- Engage in recruitment and talent acquisition to complement the existing team
- Develop and implement medium and long-term succession plans for all employees
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, termination, deployment, compensation, and discipline of personnel
- Update and maintain staff handbooks
- Undertake regular salary reviews
- Interpret and advise on employment laws and regulations
- Handle employee grievances and implement disciplinary procedures

- Relevancy and currency of staff policies
- Responsiveness in resolving staff matters and welfare issues
- Quality of talents recruited within set timeframes
- Achievement of annual targets
- Quality of HR service delivery
Compensation
N250,000 - N300,000 per month
