The ideal candidate will provide organizational design, strategy, and general HR consulting services while ensuring consulting solutions align with clients' overall business strategy, corporate objectives, policies, and plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level HR consulting services across diverse business lines, including business strategy development and HR management consulting disciplines
• Design and facilitate workshops for client organizations
• Prepare presentations and communication materials for business clients
• Conduct rigorous analysis of business functions, processes, organizational structures, key capabilities, and governance requirements to design optimal organizations
• Restructure departments to optimize efficiency in line with business objectives
• Identify interdepartmental cooperation opportunities and promote cross-functionality across organizations
• Break down organizational silos by creating cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive design solutions
• Partner with client organizations to review current structures and measures; build implementation plans to support necessary changes
• Identify HR challenges and propose viable solutions to clients
• Document processes and prepare progress reports
• Track status and deliverables for assigned projects
• Develop centralized tools and resources for organizational design projects
• Conduct internal and external research utilizing relevant data
• Stay current on trends and innovations in organizational design
• Supplement technical knowledge in talent management, compensation, change management, and HR processes
