Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site HR Business Partner role located in Sagamu. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to support operational objectives, foster a positive work environment, and drive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies
• Oversee employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws
• Manage performance improvement initiatives
• Support operational objectives through strategic HR partnership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Thorough understanding of HR policies with hands-on experience in Human Resources (HR) management
• Proficiency in handling Employee Relations and managing Performance Management processes
• Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team collaboration and conflict resolution
• Ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment and make data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or CIPM
• Previous experience in the food and beverages or manufacturing industry
