HR Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities: - Support line managers with day-to-day - HR guidance on policies, procedures, and people issues - Support performance review cycles, documentation, and follow-ups - Assist managers with goal-setting and performance tracking - Assist with employee relations matters, adocumentation for grievances and disciplinary cases - Support recruitment coordination and onboarding processes Requirements: & QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline - Minimum of 2—4 years' HR experience in an HR Officer, HR Generalist, or similar role - Exposure to performance management, employee relations, and HR operations - Experience in marine logistics, maritime, offshore, or oil & gas environments is an added advantagenication skills
