## Title: HR & Admin Officer
Job Summary
We are recruiting an HR Officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The HR Officer is expected to be knowledgeable in employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight into labor processes.
The successful candidate must display excellent organizational skills, strong time-management abilities, and the capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare job descriptions and advertise vacant positions
- Manage the employment and recruitment process
- Orient new employees and coordinate training for existing staff
- Monitor employee performance and development
- Ensure all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment
- Oversee the health and safety of all employees
- Implement systematic staff development procedures
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
- Communicate with staff regarding issues affecting their performance
- Maintain accurate and proper records of employee information in electronic and digital formats
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Ability to engage in meaningful negotiation and conflict resolution
Advantageous Qualifications
- Additional training or certification in Payroll Management
- CIPM certification
- Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator
