About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites daily
• Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies
• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Adhere to health and safety protocols
• Uphold impeccable housekeeping and guest service standards

Education & Experience

• Minimum of SSCE qualification
• 1 - 3 years' housekeeping experience in a hotel environment

• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Physical fitness for manual tasks
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Strong customer service orientation

General Requirements

• Excellent grooming and personal presentation
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
