Key Responsibilities - Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites daily. - Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies. - Report maintenance issues promptly. - Adhere to health and safety protocols. - Uphold impeccable housekeeping and guest service standards. Requirements Education / Experience: - Minimum of SSCE. - 1 - 3 years’ housekeeping experience in a hotel environment. Skills: - Attention to detail and time management skills. - Physical fitness for manual tasks. - Basic communication and teamwork skills. General Requirements: - Strong customer service orientation. - Excellent grooming and personal presentation. - Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Commitment to maintaining 5-star hospitality standards.
