An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview: - We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry Worker to join our hotel team.  - You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. - If you take pride in your work and enjoy providing exceptional service, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities - Clean and maintain public areas, such as lobbies, corridors, and fitness centers - Ensure all areas of the hotel are tidy and meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the housekeeping supervisor - Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner - Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity standards - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Job Requirements - Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred - Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
