## Title: Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Clean and maintain public areas, such as lobbies, corridors, and fitness centers
  • Ensure all areas of the hotel are tidy and meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the housekeeping supervisor
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
