Hotel Supervisor at Goldplates Feast House

Job Summary

We are seeking a Hotel Supervisor to oversee day-to-day hotel operations, guest relations, staff performance, and compliance with hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, bar/restaurant, and room service
• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest complaints professionally
• Manage staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and shift scheduling
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, facilities, and service areas to maintain standards
• Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities
• Verify daily sales reports, cash remittances, and stock usage
• Work closely with management to implement operational improvements
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with hotel policies
• Train and support team members to enhance service delivery

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc in Hospitality or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Mature, disciplined, and able to work flexible shifts
• Proximity to Ikorodu is an added advantage
