## Title: Hotel Supervisor

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Hotel Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations across departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage
  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels per shift
  • Support the Hotel Manager in implementing operational strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality standards
  • Train and mentor junior staff to enhance productivity and service excellence
  • Assist with stock control, purchasing, and inventory management where necessary
  • Generate daily operational reports and communicate relevant information to management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
