## Title: Hotel Supervisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Hotel Supervisor.

Supervise daily operations across departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage
Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels per shift
Support the Hotel Manager in implementing operational strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality standards
Train and mentor junior staff to enhance productivity and service excellence
Assist with stock control, purchasing, and inventory management where necessary
Generate daily operational reports and communicate relevant information to management
