## Title: Hotel Supervisor
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Hotel Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times
- Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels per shift
- Support the Hotel Manager in implementing operational strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality standards
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance productivity and service excellence
- Assist with stock control, purchasing, and inventory management where necessary
- Generate daily operational reports and communicate relevant information to management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience
