## Title: Hotel Sales & Marketing Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Sales & Marketing Officer to join our expanding team at Mulligan Hotel in Lagos. This is a key role that will handle all aspects of our busy hotel sales and marketing operations while driving brand awareness and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of the hotel's sales and marketing operations
  • Organize and participate in site visits, completing all follow-up actions and documentation
  • Sell, support, and advise on all aspects of events and services
  • Coordinate, promote, and drive growth of the property's attractions
  • Increase brand awareness across all marketing mediums
  • Develop lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify guests actively seeking hotel services
  • Contact prospective clients via calls or arranged meetings to understand their needs and requirements
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the hotel's best features and qualities
  • Provide clients with detailed information on available services, pricing, and applicable discounts
  • Assist clients in selecting services that best meet their specific needs and specifications
  • Oversee booking and reservation of hotel space to ensure availability and proper arrangement
  • Collaborate with staff members to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Monitor guest service quality to ensure customers are appropriately attended to
  • Conduct price negotiations with guests on behalf of hotel management to achieve favorable agreements
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for future business
  • Set annual budgets and implement strategies to achieve sales and marketing targets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Social Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong digital skills with relevant qualifications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented approach to work
