About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Hotel Receptionist position.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk with all necessary materials readily available
- Receive letters, packages, and other correspondence, and distribute them as required
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and managing mail logistics
- Monitor and manage office supplies
- Keep updated records and files organized and accessible
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, administrative professional, or similar role
- Proficient in English (both oral and written)
- Excellent customer relations and service skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
