## Title: Hotel Receptionist

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this Hotel Receptionist position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk with all necessary materials readily available
  • Receive letters, packages, and other correspondence, and distribute them as required
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and managing mail logistics
  • Monitor and manage office supplies
  • Keep updated records and files organized and accessible
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in a relevant field
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative, administrative professional, or similar role
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written)
  • Excellent customer relations and service skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
