Hotel Operations Supervisor

Position Overview: - We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of our hotel departments. - The ideal candidate will work closely with department heads to ensure smooth operations, maintain service quality, and guarantee guest satisfaction. - This role is key to ensuring the hotel runs efficiently and profitably. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of key hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance. - Monitor daily operations to ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are consistently met. - Work closely with the General Manager to implement operational strategies and meet hotel performance goals. - Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and improved guest experience. - Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards. - Assist in scheduling staff shifts, monitoring attendance, and maintaining productivity across departments. - Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure consistent service quality. - Prepare and submit operational reports, including occupancy rates, guest feedback, and departmental performance. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods and services. - Promote teamwork and communication between departments to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess an HND / NCE qualification with 1 - 2 years experience.
