Hotel Operations Manager

Position Overview: - To oversee all Hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery - To coordinate and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverages and Maintenance teams. - To monitor daily Hotel activities and resolve operational issues. To maintain standard operating procedures across departments, and To support the General Manager in strategic planning and staff development. Required Qualifications: - Candidates should possess a B. Sc /HND in Hospitality or Business Administration or related fields. - Must have a minimum of five (5) years in Hotel operations
